Elon Reeve Musk FRS Musk was born on June 28, 1971, to a Canadian mother and a South African father.  Musk’s father, Errol Musk, was a wealthy South African engineer.
  He grew up in Pretoria, South Africa with two brothers and a sister, Tosca Musk, Kimball Musk and Lyndon Rive.

  He is an entrepreneur in a sense.  That is, because he is willing to take risks.  An entrepreneur and business giant, he is the second richest man in the world.

    He attended the University of Pretoria for a short time before moving to Canada at the age of 17 to enter Queen’s University.  He transferred to the University of Pennsylvania two years later, where he earned a degree in economics and physics.
He moved to Stanford University in California in 1995 but instead decided to pursue a business career and started a web software company called Zip2 with his brother Kimball.  It was bought by Compaq in 1999 for $ 307 million.  In the same year, Musk started X.com, an online banking company, which in 2000 merged with Confinity to form PayPal.  The company was also acquired by eBay in 2002 for $ 1.5 billion.

  In 2002, Musk co-founded SpaceX, a space manufacturer and space transportation company, with which he is CEO and CTO.  In 2004, he joined Tesla Motors Inc. (now Tesla, Inc.), an electric vehicle manufacturer, as President and Production Architect, and in 2008 as CEO.
  In 2006, he helped create SolarCity, a solar energy service company.  Later it became the power of Tesla.

In 2015, he started with OpenAI, a non-profit research company that promotes friendly artificial intelligence.  In 2016, he co-founded Neuralink, a neuroscience technology company focused on developing brain-computer interfaces, and Boring, a tunnel construction company.  Musk also proposed a hyperloop transport system.

  Musk was criticized for its non-traditional or unscientific stances and high publicity.  In 2018, Tom Luan was sued for insulting him by a British national caveman who advised him on the rescue;  The California jury ruled in favor of Musk.  That same year, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against Tesla for falsely tweeting that he had funded a private takeover.
   He settled with the Securities and Exchange Commission, temporarily resigned as chairman and accepted the restrictions on his use of Twitter.  Musk has been misrepresenting the COVID-19 epidemic and has been criticized by experts for his other views on issues such as artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies and public transport.

  He made headlines in May 2012 when he launched the SpaceX rocket, the first commercial vehicle to be sent to the space center, and established himself as an industry leader by playing an advisory role in the early days of President Donald Trump’s administration.

  When his parents divorced, he was 10 years old.

  SpaceX
  Musk started his third company, the Space Exploration Technology Corporation, or SpaceX, in 2002 with the goal of building spacecraft for commercial space travel.  By 2008, SpaceX was well established, and instead of NASA’s own space shuttle operations, NASA was awarded the contract to transport cargo to the International Space Station with plans for future astronaut transport.

  Falcon 9 rocket
  On May 22, 2012, Kasturi & SpaceX made history when they launched their Falcon 9 rocket from an unmanned capsule.  Marking the first time a private company has sent a spacecraft to the International Space Station, the vehicle was sent to the International Space Station with 1000 for the astronauts stationed there.  As Musk was quoted at the launch, “I feel very lucky … for us it’s like winning the Super Cup.”

  In December 2013, the Falcon 9 spacecraft successfully launched a satellite into geostationary transmission orbit, which will lock the satellite into an orbital path suitable for Earth’s rotation.  In February 2015, SpaceX launched another Falcon 9 spacecraft equipped with the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR), aimed at monitoring high emissions from the sun affecting the Earth’s power and communication systems.

  In March 2017, SpaceX was successfully tested and the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket made of reusable parts opened the door to more cost-effective space travel.

  In November 2017, an explosion occurred while testing the company’s new Block 5 Merlin engine, causing a setback.  SpaceX reported that no one was harmed, and that it would not hinder future generations of the Falcon 9 rocket from designing there.

  The company enjoyed another milestone in February 2018 with the successful test of the powerful Falcon heavy rocket.  Equipped with additional Falcon 9 boosters, the Falcon Heavy is designed to carry huge payloads into orbit and serve as a vessel for deep space missions.  To launch the experiment, Falcon Heavy was paid by Moscow’s cherry-red Tesla Roadster, which is equipped with cameras, to “provide some epic views” of the vehicle’s planned orbit around the sun.

  In July 2018, SpaceX enjoyed the successful landing of a new Block 5 Falcon rocket, less than 9 minutes after it landed on a drone.

  BFR mission to Mars
  In September 2017, Musk unveiled an updated design plan for his BFR (abbreviated as “Big F-Ing Rocket” or “Big Falcon Rocket”), a spacecraft capable of carrying at least 100 people and an entire crew of 31.  He revealed that SpaceX aims to launch the first cargo mission to Mars with the vehicle in 2022 as his common goal of colonizing the red planets.

  In March 2018, the entrepreneur told audiences attending the annual Southwest South Festival in Austin, Texas, that he hopes to prepare the BFR for short flights early next year, giving him an understanding of his past problems with deadlines.

  The following month, SpaceX announced plans to build a Los Angeles Harbor facility to build and store BFRs.  The port property offered a great location for SpaceX, as its massive rocket could only move when the ship or ship was finished.

  Starlink Internet Satellite

   Musk’s tweets and SEC investigation
   On August 7, 2018, Musk dropped a bombshell in a tweet: “I think Tesla will be privatized for $ 420. Funds will be secured.”  The announcement opened the door to legal action against the company and its founder, and the Securities and Exchange Commission began to look into whether the funds had been secured.  Musk has sued several investors, claiming in his Twitter message that he was trying to hide short sellers by capturing stock prices.

   Musk’s tweet originally increased Tesla’s stock before rising 11 days.  The CEO wrote an article on the company’s blog, describing the steps taken to take it personally as “the best way forward”.  He promised to retain his shares in the company and said he would create a special fund for all existing investors to stay on board.

   Six days later, Musk sought to clarify his position, with which he discussed the statement with the Managing Director of the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Saudi Arabia, citing the source of his “secured fund” statement.  He later tweeted that he was taking Goldman Sachs and Silver Lake as financial advisers and was preparing a proposal to privatize Tesla.

   The story took a ridiculous turn when rapper Azelia Banks wrote on Instagram that day, and as a guest at Musk’s house at the time, she learned that he was LSD-influenced when he posted the tweet that captured the headline.  Banks said she heard Musk making phone calls saying the funds he had promised had already been activated.

   The news quickly escalated when it was reported that Tesla’s external directors were holding two law firms to deal with the SEC investigation and the CEO’s plan to privatize the company.

   A day after meeting with the board, Musk announced on August 24 that he was reversing the course and would not privatize the company.  Among his reasons, he noted the willingness of many directors to keep Tesla public, as well as the difficulty of retaining some large shareholders who were barred from investing in a private company.  Others suggested that Musk was also influenced by the weak point of view of an electric car company funded by Saudi Arabia, which was heavily involved in the oil industry.

   On September 29, 2018, as part of an agreement with the Securities and Exchange and Securities and Exchange Commission, Musk announced his resignation from Tesla’s three-year term as board chairman after paying a $ 20 million fine.

   AI and Neuralink
   As co-chairman of the non-profit OpenAI, Kasturi became interested in artificial intelligence.  The research company was launched in late 2015 with the stated mission of developing digital intelligence for the benefit of mankind.

   At the end of November 2017, Musk tweeted that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel had asked for proposals to build and activate a high-speed rail line that would carry passengers from O’Hare Airport to Chicago in 20 minutes or less.  He said the Chicago Loop concept could be different from his Hyperloop and that there was no need to draw a vacuum to eliminate air friction in its relatively short path.

   In May 2018, Musk and Gririmes (born Claire Butcher) began dating.  That month, Grimes announced that she had changed her name to “C”, a symbol for the speed of light, as reported on Musk’s incentive.

   Amid allegations of sexual harassment, fans criticized the feminist actress for having an affair with a billionaire whom the company described as a “predatory zone”.

   In March 2019, the couple discussed their love for each other in the Wall Street Journal, and Grimes said, “Look, I love him, he’s great … I mean, he’s a very attractive person.”  “I like her artistic creativity and strict work ethic,” Musk told the Journal on his behalf.

   Grimes gave birth to his son on May 4, 2020, announcing that Musk had named the baby “X Æ A-12”.  At the end of the month, after it was reported that the state of California did not accept a name with a number, the couple announced that they would change their son’s name to “X Æ A-Xii”.

   Non-profit work
